Different industries, but often the same forces: new audiences, new technology, changing culture, different business models, and incumbents who realise what is happening too late. I bring that perspective back to food and hospitality here. Eat Your Screen examines how media, platforms, algorithms and technology are changing our relationship with what we eat. I am interested in the signals outside an industry that tell us what is about to happen inside it.
